Sean Ketter is Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Enterprise Logistics for Oshkosh Corporation, a fortune 500 Oshkosh Corporation is a global industrial technology company that designs, manufactures, and services purpose-built vehicles and equipment used by organizations that build, serve, and protect communities. With over $10 Billion in revenue in 2025, Oshkosh Corporation operates in through three business segments.  Segments include Access, Vocational and Transport. 

Sean has full responsibility for Oshkosh’s Corporate Supply Chain organization, including enterprise logistics, advanced strategic sourcing, category management, intelligent supply chain, and trade & compliance.

Since joining Oshkosh Corporation in 2006, Sean has led successful initiatives such as launching the Oshkosh Supplier Network (OSN), the historic M-ATV supplier launch in 2009, the introduction and adoption of advanced quality planning, the startup of the JLG Tianjin facility, the development of the GPSC Supplier Academy and oversaw the supply chain operations for Oshkosh Corporation’s newest facility in Leon, Mexico.

Before joining the company, Sean served in various roles with John Deere. Positions included Strategic Sourcing, Product Development, Quality and Supplier Development.   Sean holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial and systems Engineering and a master’s degree in manufacturing systems Engineering both from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.  He has also completed executive programs at Columbia University.

Sean serves as a chairman of the board for the Wisconsin Procurement Institute, a leading APEX Accelerator. In addition, he serves on the Executive Advisory Board of the NIST- MEP.
