Shani brings over a decade of experience consulting for the U.S. Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship, the U.S. Small Business Administration, and several Fortune 500 companies driving their focus on small business growth. She joined Mailchimp/Intuit 5 years ago to continue her commitment to small business, leading initiatives across retention, international growth, data and analytics, security, and data privacy. Shani now leads product and engineering operations and is a proud member of the PRIDE leadership team, committed to making Mailchimp/Intuit the most inclusive and equitable environment possible. She is also a former professional track athlete so in her down time you will find her cheering on any and all sports – especially women’s sports.
