Steve Voskuil is Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for The Hershey Company (HSY). In this role, he serves as strategic partner to the CEO with responsibility for financial planning, capital allocation, profitable growth investment, tech-enabled cost optimization, controllership, and investor relations.
Steve joined Hershey in 2019 from Avanos Medical (AVNS, previously “Halyard Health”), a global medical supplies and device company serving healthcare needs in more than 90 countries. He served as the company’s Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for five years after leading its successful spinoff from Kimberly-Clark as a public company.
Before Halyard Health Inc., Steve worked for 23 years at Kimberly-Clark Corporation (KMB), a Fortune 150 global consumer products company. During this time, he gained financial and operational management experience across a variety of global senior leadership roles.
Steve is a member of the Board of Directors for Bath & Body Works where he chairs the Audit Committee and serves on the Human Capital and Compensation Committee. Steve also serves as the Vice Chair of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia’s Economic and Community Advisory Council.
Steve has a bachelor’s degree from University of Wisconsin, Madison and a master’s degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, Palo Alto.
Steve and Colette live in Hershey and travel regularly to Texas and Wisconsin to spend time with their three sons and two granddaughters.
