Suvesh is a Manager of Operations & Strategy Development at Mercury Marine (Brunswick Corporation) as part of its Operations Leadership Development Program. In this role, he has worked on a range of strategic and operational initiatives across key supply chain functions. His experience includes developing the business case to centralize logistics operations across multiple business divisions, conducting cost-benefit analyses for distribution network expansion, working cross-functionally with buyers, freight forwarders, and suppliers to improve inbound shipment visibility, and driving supply chain cost savings and process improvement projects.
Prior to Brunswick, Suvesh worked at Maersk, with experience ranging from sailing aboard some of the company’s largest vessels (Triple-E class ships), to managing vessel operations. His time at Maersk gave him firsthand exposure to global logistics and the operational challenges of moving cargo across different geographies.
Suvesh earned his MBA in Supply Chain Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2023. Based in Madison, WI, he enjoys making the most of Wisconsin’s warmer months through volleyball, tennis, motorcycling, sailing, and long weekend trips.
