Ty Day

Ty Day is an early-career HR professional and University of Wisconsin–Madison graduate, where he specialized in Strategic Human Resource Management. Prior to UW, he spent eight years in sales and marketing, bringing a strong business and client-focused mindset into his transition to HR. During his time at UW, he supported the Odyssey Project in his first year and taught MHR 300 in his second. Ty previously interned at AbbVie on the Benefits team and now participates in AbbVie’s three-year Human Resources Leadership Development Program, where he is currently completing his first rotation in Organizational Excellence.
