Have a question about a real estate class?
The Graaskamp Center is launching a new tutoring program for all real estate students. Masters, MBA, GREM, and undergraduate students of all majors are welcome to attend real estate tutoring. The tutoring program targets real estate specific course content. Classes covered by the program are Real Estate 306, 410/710, 411, 412, 415/715 and 661/750. Tutoring is by fellow students in the real estate program who have completed the targeted courses.
Students looking for help can stop in the Graaskamp Center (4440 Grainger Hall) during drop in hours below and ask for help from either Aaron, Aidan, or Monika. Additional appointments can be made by emailing graaskamp@wsb.wisc.edu. Please request an appointment at least 24 hours in advance of your preferred time.

Meet the Tutors:
Aaron Kindle
Aaron Kindle is a second year MBA student with a focus on Real Estate. He has spent his professional career as a United States Army parachute infantryman and has completed 12 months of real estate internships at two different development firms. He currently maintains a 4.0 GPA across all graduate classes and is passionate about helping others learn about real estate.
Aidan McCarthy
Aidan is a senior studying real estate and finance. Last summer, he worked as a Summer Analyst within Ares Management’s Real Estate Group in Chicago. He will be going back to Ares full-time upon graduation. Aidan is excited to share his real estate knowledge with fellow students and would love to see others succeed.
Monika Multhauf
Monika is a senior studying real estate and finance. Last summer, she worked as an Investment Analyst Intern at Buckingham Companies in Indianapolis, working primarily with the development team. Monika is excited to share her real estate knowledge with fellow students.
