Michael Botos (BS ’89)
Partner/Principal, EY-Parthenon
Botos has worked across multiple industry sectors and government agencies in both corporate and consulting roles, with over 30 years of experience. Currently, he’s a senior partner with EY-Parthenon, where he works with clients on a broad range of disruptive business model strategies, go-to-market launch strategies, and complex operating model transformations. Prior to EY-Parthenon, Botos was vice president of strategy and innovation at CareFusion and Cardinal Health. Additionally, Botos was a principal at Strategos, a design strategy and innovation consulting boutique founded by Professor Gary Hamel. Beyond work, Botos teaches a graduate-level course on design strategy at the Illinois Institute of Design and volunteers at the MATTER Healthcare Incubator in Chicago. Botos holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a master’s in economics from George Washington University, and an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
Brian Gray
Managing Director of Global Fuels and Convenience Retail, Accenture
Gray is currently leading Accenture’s Global Fuels and Convenience Retail practice as managing director. He has spent the last 20 years working with over 25 fuels and convenience retailers around the world. Gray is passionate about driving innovation throughout the business and ultimately setting clients up to capitalize on future trends. His experience stretches across digital transformation, customer experience, AI and generative AI, analytics, loyalty, retail site systems, mergers and acquisitions, and large-scale complex deployments.

Justin Greis
Partner and North American Cybersecurity Leader, McKinsey & Company
Greis is a partner in McKinsey & Company’s Chicago office and leads the cybersecurity work in North America with a focus on cybersecurity transformation, cloud, technology strategy, and digital transformation. Greis designs, builds, and accelerates secure and trusted digital transformations to help organizations accelerate their mission and protect their purpose. He also works closely with the providers of and investors in cybersecurity solutions to help them grow and achieve market leadership. Prior to McKinsey, Greis served as the global and Americas practice leader at a global management consulting firm and was a founding partner of the firm’s cybersecurity, technology transformation, and digital divisions. In addition to his work with McKinsey, Greis serves on the faculty at Indiana University, where he teaches graduate-level IT governance, risk, and controls and has won numerous awards for his real-world curriculum and innovative teaching methods.
Louise Keely
Partner, Bain & Company
Keely is a leader in Bain’s Advanced Analytics practice and has over 25 years of experience in advanced analytics and customer strategy, particularly within retail and other consumer industries. She has spearheaded customer-led strategic transformations, leveraging data science and analytics to drive recommendations. Keely has also guided the design and implementation of data and analytics organizations for clients. She specializes in the development of strategy and execution of new data and analytics businesses. Recently, Keely has focused on advising clients on generative AI strategy, use case development, and implementation. Prior to Bain, she held leadership roles in major consulting firms and industry, and she was an economics professor and published researcher. Keely holds degrees from Georgetown University and the London School of Economics. She is a noted author and speaker on global consumer demand shifts, consumer data trends, and analytics strategy.
Fay Shong (BBA ’84)
Retired Partner at McKinsey & Company
Shong is an impact-focused leader who has served energy companies on critical business issues for 40 years. Since graduating from the Wisconsin School of Business, Shong has pursued her passion for working at multinational firms. Starting out as an executive with ExxonMobil, and later as a management consulting partner for top consulting firms, Shong spent her career working at the intersection of strategy, finance, and technology. Shong’s experience as a partner at Accenture, EY, and McKinsey provided her with a unique opportunity to focus on various C-suite leaders at different times. Over the course of her career, Shong served over half of the largest energy companies, working across four continents and delivering transformation programs that added material shareholder value.
