Harrison Street/Capital One Real Estate Private Equity Undergraduate Case Competition
Thursday, November 12 – Friday, November 13
The Real Estate Private Equity Club assigns students to 15 teams of three to four based on academic year, classes completed, and internship experience. Students have nine days to build an underwriting model, presentation, and executive summary for a team of judges comprised of Harrison Street and Capital One employees, UW Faculty, and UW students.

Thursday, November 12th
| 1:00-3:30 pm | Preliminary judging in front of three judges Each team has 30 minutes for presentation and Q&A – Presentation: 15 minutes – Q&A from judges: 10 minutes – Judge note-taking and prep for next case: 5 minutes |
| 3:30-4:00 pm | Judges make recommendations to the Final Round |
| 4:00-5:30 pm | Harrison Street presentation to the Real Estate Private Equity Class |
| 7:00-8:30 pm | Reception and Announcement of Finalists, heavy appetizers and beverages at the Fluno Center, 8th floor Skyview Room |
Friday, November 13th
| 9:00-11:00 am | Final Round Presentation |
| 11:00-12:30 pm | Lunch and announcement of winners |
