Please plan your travel accordingly to accommodate the following times:
A one night stay will be provided to each competing team at the Fluno Center Hotel, conveniently located one block away from Grainger Hall.
All meals will be provided including dinner Friday, April 11; breakfast, lunch and an appetizer reception on Saturday, April 12.
Parking may be requested by your team during when you complete the acceptance form. Up to one parking voucher will be provided to each team as requested for a parking lot near the Fluno Center.

During the Employer Showcase you will have a change to network with sponsors in a career-fair style event. Each sponsor will be tabling and available to discuss consulting career pathways at their respective companies, personal career journeys, recruiting, etc. This portion of the Invitational will be open to all competing teams and all Wisconsin School of Business students.
You will have the opportunity to connect 1:1 with sponsor representatives through 20-minute Coffee Chats. Students can claim time slots during the Employer Showcase that do not compete with their presentation time slot. This opportunity is only available for competing teams.
Sponsors will be seated with you during the Welcome Dinner, Friday night. Come prepared to network with them in a unique dining setting. On Saturday afternoon open networking will take place during the Tailgate Reception. Use this time to get in last-chance conversations and connections.
Work with your peers and brush up your interview skills in Mock Interviews, lead by the UW-Madison chapters of Wisconsin Consulting Club and Business Consulting Club.
Join Wisconsin School of Business professor, Tom Burkard (Erdman Center Director of Consulting) for a workshop to review all aspects of a case interview.

During the Employer Showcase sponsors have a chance to connect with top business students in a career-fair style event. Each sponsor will have a tabling opportunity and students will navigate the room to network. Sponsors should be prepared to discuss consulting career pathways at their respective companies, personal career journeys, recruiting, etc. This portion of the Invitational will be open to all competing teams and all Wisconsin School of Business students.

A sign-up sheet will be provided for each sponsor at their tabling during the Employer Showcase. This opportunity is only available for competing teams.
As a judge you will work with other sponsor representatives and score up to five team presentations during the first round. After presentations, judges will debrief during lunch in the Sponsor Lounge to select the top five teams to present in the final round.
Final round presentations will take place in the Plenary Room and are open to the entire Invitational audience. The final round of judging will be limited to one representative from each sponsor, with no more than six judges. Following the final presentations, guests will participate in a Tailgate Reception while judges debrief to select the top three teams. Awards and closing will take place from 2:30 – 3:00 pm.
Parking in Grainger Hall will be provided on both Friday and Saturday for sponsors if requested at least three weeks in advance (March 21). If requested later than March 21, parking in Grainger Hall is not guaranteed but parking vouchers for other ramps may be available.
Hotel stays for sponsors are not included in any sponsorship level. There are many hotels on or near campus.
