Join us on Monday, November 7th from 11:00am-1:00pm in Grainger 3190 for a drop-in peer wellness coaching session. These sessions offer a place to talk to a trained peer about your wellness goals.
This program and participant’s goals are centered around the seven aspects of wellbeing: health, meaning, safety, connection, growth, achievement, and resiliency.
Snacks will be provided!
This program is offered through a partnership between WSB Undergraduate Student Success, WSB HUMAN Capital student organization, and RecWell’s Peer Wellness Coaching Program.
