  • Held committee chair or executive board positions in a student organization.
  • Experience with an internship or job where they can connect their skills to leadership.

Why Attend?

Past participants say the experience provides an essential leadership toolkit, instills confidence in your ability to make a positive impact, and builds an extended network of peers and industry professionals.

“From the relationships built alone, Leadership at Lambeau was one of the most valuable events I have ever attended during my four years at UW-Madison – not to mention how much fun the experience was simply by itself.”  – Ben Lukszys, 2023 Participant

“At Leadership at Lambeau, I gained valuable insight into the importance of leading with empathy and clarity.  I was able to apply these lessons during my summer internship, where balancing different perspectives and fostering collaboration helped our team succeed.” – Nathan Wang, 2024 Participant

“I left Leadership at Lambeau with a newfound confidence.  I left knowing that I am an important attribute to any team I am a part of.  Leadership at Lambeau is an empowering experience leaving anyone who wants to embrace it ready to take on the business world.” – Lydia Huehnerfuss, 2024 Participant & 2025 Student Leader
