Come to our Info Session at Union South, Prairie Fire Coffee Shop
Wednesday, Nov. 10th at Noon
Are you a UW-Madison student passionate about making a difference? Are you motivated to take action? Are you ready to vision a better future in the realm of Education, the Environment, Human Rights, Economic Justice or Public Health?
The UW-Madison partners with the Clinton Global Initiative University (CGI U) to support college students just like you who have committed to take action and tackle the world’s most pressing challenges.
CGI U is now accepting applications to join its Class of 2022. Students apply with a “Commitment to Action:” a new, specific, and measurable initiative that addresses an issue on their campus, in their local community, or even globally. These commitments can be in the ideation, implementation, or even the scaling phases.
Accepted students will have access to:
• A rigorous social impact curriculum
• High-touch mentorship
• Funding to help make your idea a reality
• Engagement events, including the inspiring Annual Meeting
Have questions or want more information? Please email our UW-Madison CGI U campus contacts, John Surdyk (john.surdyk@wisc.edu) and Sari Judge (sari.judge@housing.wisc.edu). Every question is a good question!
Applications for the program are encouraged before the start of next semester—the time to learn more is now!
