The Marketing Summit, last held in 2024, and the AI for Business Summit, launched in 2026, are coming together for Ground Truth Summit 2027!
The Summit will take place at Union South on the UW-Madison Campus. This first-of-its-kind event at the Wisconsin School of Business will have two summits under one umbrella bringing together Fortune 500 executives, leading researchers, and top student talent from the fields of marketing and artificial intelligence to explore best practices in marketing as well as the evolving role of AI in business.
About the Summits
Two summits. One experience.
Ground Truth brings together the AI for Business Summit and the MLI Marketing Summit for two days of ideas, insights, and connection at the Wisconsin School of Business.
Each summit features a full track of programming, giving attendees the flexibility to dive deeply into marketing or AI for business, or move between the two to explore where these rapidly evolving fields intersect.
Together, the summits bring industry leaders, faculty, alumni, business professionals, and students to Madison to share perspectives, challenge conventional thinking, and explore the ideas shaping the future of business.
AI for Business Summit
The AI for Business Summit brings together business leaders, practitioners, faculty, and students to explore how artificial intelligence is transforming the way organizations work, compete, and create value.
Sessions will move beyond the hype to examine the real-world opportunities, challenges, and implications of AI across business. Attendees will hear from experts and practitioners, explore emerging applications, learn how organizations are putting AI into practice, and gain insights they can bring back to their organizations.
Marketing Summit
The Marketing Summit has a long history at the Wisconsin School of Business, beginning with the A.C. Nielsen Center for Marketing Research, founded in 1990. With the creation of the Marketing Leadership Institute in 2022, the Summit evolved into a broader conference designed for today’s marketing leaders.
The Marketing Summit brings together industry professionals, faculty, alumni, and students to learn from leaders in the field and connect with the broader Wisconsin marketing community. Through case studies, panel discussions, and conversations with leading practitioners, attendees will explore the challenges and opportunities shaping marketing today, gain practical insights they can apply in their organizations, and build connections with other marketing professionals.
