The Wisconsin Real Estate Program is excited to introduce you to our new real estate Student Ambassadors, Nikhil Jogal and William Zordani. Will and Nikhil are enthusiastic current real estate students who are here to support and advise current undergraduate students by sharing advice about the student experience, student life, academics, co-curricular activities and resources. From course selection to resume review, they can help you navigate all things related to the Wisconsin Real Estate Program so you’re set up for success!

How can Will and Nikhil help you?

  • Resume and cover letter review
  • Advise on real estate undergraduates on course selection
  • Provide resources for locating internships/full-time jobs and other career development opportunities
  • Share information on important resources and co-curricular activities including:
  • Real Estate Club
  • Women in Real Estate (WIRE) Club
  • Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association (WREAA)
  • Real Estate Mentor Program

When and where can you meet with Will and Nikhil?

Drop-in any time during the hours below or contact Will (wzordani@wisc.edu) or Nikhil Jogal (jogal@wisc.edu) in advance to set up an appointment. The ambassadors’ office hours will occur at the Graaskamp Center (4440 Grainger):

  • Monday: 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM
  • Wednesday: 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Thursday: 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM
  • Friday: 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM

Meet the New Real Estate Ambassadors

Nikhil Jogal

Nikhil Jogal

Nikhil is a Junior majoring in finance and real estate from Brookfield, WI, yet went to high school just outside of Memphis, TN. Over summer, Nikhil worked as an intern for Allstate Investments on their Commercial Mortgages team, where he assisted in originations and portfolio management through property underwriting and market research, as well as researching strategies to implement ESG into Allstate’s real estate investment portfolio. On campus, Nikhil started the Wisconsin Business Analytics Club last fall, is involved in the Real Estate Club, and is the treasurer of his fraternity. Outside of school and work, Nikhil is an avid fan of the Chicago Bears and Sriracha Hot Sauce and enjoys making Electric Dance Music in his free time.

William Zordani

William Zordani

William (Will) is a Junior majoring in Real Estate originally from Lake Forest, IL, but now from Oconomowoc, WI. Will’s work history includes working as a Paralegal at a law firm for the last three summers, analyzing zoning restrictions and financial feasibility for a small real estate firm, and managing the UW Varsity Women’s Tennis team. On-campus, Will is a member of the Club Tennis team, where he serves as the Secretary, as a member of the Real Estate Club, and as a Mentor for Business Connect. His other interests include cooking, mixology, Badger athletics, Peloton, new restaurants, law, and current events.
