The Graaskamp Center is excited to present a new podcast series, produced by John C. Coe, Principal of Coe Enterprises, LLC, and featuring real estate expert Brad Olsen. For many years, Brad has been a valued supporter of the Graaskamp Center, the Wisconsin Real Estate Program, and our students.
His contributions have left a lasting impact, including:
- Mentorship: Brad has generously shared his industry insights with countless students, with a special focus on Global Real Estate Master’s students.
- Field Experience: He helped organize and lead several student trips to Expo Real in Cannes, France, providing hands-on learning experiences.
- Leadership: As a Graaskamp Board Member, Brad was instrumental in founding the Center’s Global Real Estate Markets Conference.
- Event Expertise: He has served as both moderator and presenter at numerous Graaskamp conferences and events.
Prior to his retirement in 2021, Brad had over 40 years of experience in international real estate investment, working on transactions worth over $10 billion for clients from the U.S., Europe, Canada, and Japan. In 1995, he founded Atlantic Partners, Ltd., where he served as President until his retirement.
