Biography

Arif Qureshi is a Senior Lecturer in the real estate program at the Wisconsin School of Business. In his course Commercial Real Estate Development, he provides an overview of development process from perspective of developer/investor and covers key facets of the development process with a focus on the role of the developer as the coordinator of central disciplines including basic financial feasibility, market research, site selection, procuring of entitlements, design, construction, financing, leasing and structuring. Mr. Qureshi also serves as an advisor to graduate and undergraduate student teams competing in national real estate case competitions.

Mr. Qureshi’s professional experience includes Asset Manager with Great Lakes Housing Partners and Commodity Analysis & Trading Consultant. His past experience also includes Senior Development Analyst with Great Wolf Resorts, Project Manager at Silicon Homes Incorporated, and Training Manager and Senior Process Engineer with Intel Corporation.

He holds a masters degree in real estate and bachelors degree in chemical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
