A dynamic and critical area of business, marketing facilitates exchanges between organizations and customers. You will learn to be inquisitive and think creatively as you explore a variety of career paths, including brand/product management, marketing analytics and insights, tech product marketing, sales management, advertising, digital and social media, and supply chain management.
The Wisconsin School of Business Department of Marketing offers a BBA, an MBA with three career pathways, an MS in Business Analytics digital marketing track, and a PhD program. The department is affiliated with two centers of expertise: the Marketing Leadership Institute and the Grainger Center for Supply Chain Management.

Degrees We Support
Undergraduate (BBA) – Marketing Major
Students may earn an undergraduate degree with a major in marketing. Interested students may take coursework to concentrate on product/brand management, retailing and wholesaling, sales management, business-to-business marketing, or supply chain management.
Undergraduate (BBA) – Supply Chain Management Major
Supply chain management majors learn how to develop appropriate strategies through exploration of logistics, routes to market, analytics, sourcing, and IT systems.
MBA – Marketing Specialization
Students earn a top-ranked MBA in marketing that allows them to choose one of three specialized marketing career pathways to build deeper expertise: brand and marketing management; marketing analytics and insights; or technology product marketing.
MBA – Supply Chain Management Specialization
The supply chain management specialization includes solving real-world challenges under the direction of an advisory board and alumni network with experiences that prepare students for a variety of career paths.
PhD in Marketing
The Wisconsin PhD Program in marketing is designed to prepare students for academic careers at top universities. Student research is supported in quantitative modeling, consumer behavior, and marketing strategy.
