Juniors and seniors majoring in real estate and interested in the MS Real Estate degree should consult with DJ Mattison and Greg Reed about coursework and sequencing. Real Estate undergraduates with a 3.5 GPA or higher can apply for a GMAT waiver when applying for the MS Real Estate degree.

Did you know that the Real Estate Department awarded $40,000 in scholarships to its BBA students this past year? Now it’s almost time to apply for scholarships for the 2020-2021 academic year.
Current BBA students may apply for undergraduate business scholarships through the Wisconsin Scholarship Hub (WiSH) February 1-29, 2020.
You may complete a general scholarship application through WiSH at any time. You will then see a recommended opportunity for “Wisconsin School of Business BBA Scholarships – Continuing BBA Student” in the left-hand menu during the application period.
