Jeff has been with Kimberly-Clark since 2013. His current role is Global Process Lead – Supplier Collaboration and Risk Management, for a multi-year worldwide systems and process transformation project. This follows an earlier role on the project as Global Process Lead – Source to Contract Process and Procurement Master Data Integration.
Prior to the global project, Jeff was the North American Procurement Ethics, Sustainability and Compliance Leader. He was initially brought into Kimberly-Clark as a Strategic Cost Consultant, developing advanced supplier cost modeling capabilities and providing collaborative leadership and guidance in strategic sourcing engagements.
Before joining K-C, Jeff served as the Director of Supply Chain for fabrication companies in alternative energy industries, as a Materials Manager for Ryerson metals distribution, and earlier in his career in a variety of engineering roles across multiple industries. He is a two-time Badger, with an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering and MBA in Supply Chain Management through the Grainger Center. Jeff is also an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional.
While an undergrad, Jeff was a proud member of the UW Marching Band, and continues his involvement in music through his children’s school activities. He also has a passion for STEM education, supporting 4-H and school STEM activities, and serving on the board of a local makerspace non-profit. Jeff and his family live in De Pere, Wisconsin.
