Are you looking to engage with students from a broad spectrum of demographics and political perspectives? Are you trying to build career and life skills in civil and informed discussion? If so, consider applying to participate in the UW-Madison Deliberation Dinners!
The Deliberation Dinners is a year-long program in which you will deliberate on a variety of controversial political issues with a small group of students in a well-structured environment. Over the course of six buffet dinners, you will deliberate on current issues like gun legislation to Wisconsin’s abortion laws. These small group discussions are civil, engaging, generative, and thought-provoking!
