After the official end of the Business Badger Badges in May 2026, the Leadership & Engagement Center is pleased to announce its new leadership development program: the Leadership Lab.

Leadership Lab
This is a flexible program where you begin to embody the traits that set Business Badgers apart. Complete the Leadership Lab and earn a stole for graduation!
The Leadership Lab has three required components:
- Complete the six Leadership Mindsets in Motion sessions with a cohort.
- Complete four pre-approved Experiential Leadership Opportunities.
- Complete one Leadership Coaching Session.
Start making progress by registering for a cohort to complete Leadership Mindsets in Motion. Attend six interactive sessions focused on finding your leadership style and building the skills trusted leaders need to be successful.
Who Can Participate?
Our programming, including the Leadership Lab, is open to all UW-Madison undergraduate students. First preference is given to pre-Business, admitted Business, and Certificate(s) in Business/Entrepreneurship students.
