Mr. Cole is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Antares International Partners, Inc., a boutique investment bank with offices in San Francisco, California and Paris, France. He has over 30 years of experience in all areas of mergers and acquisitions including buyer representation, exclusive sales and divestitures, leveraged buyouts and consortium bids.
Prior to founding Antares, Mr. Cole was a Managing Director and a Member of the Management Committee of Peers & Co., an international investment banking boutique owned principally by The Long-Term Credit Bank of Japan, Ltd. Mr. Cole’s prior experience includes work at BNP Paribas, Merrill Lynch & Co., Becker Paribas and E. F. Hutton & Company, Inc.
Mr. Cole is a member of the Board of Directors of the French-American Foundation in New York and a member of the Cercle de l’Union Interalliée in Paris. Additionally, Mr. Cole is on the Board of Advisors for the Nicholas Center for Corporate Finance and Investment Banking at the Wisconsin School of Business.
