Melissa Leuck has more than 20 years of experience in risk management and insurance, distribution general management, finance and technology.
She joined Marsh in 2019 and is currently Marsh’s Chicago Office Leader and Client Relationship Management Leader. Melissa is responsible for driving Marsh’s engagement and presence in the Chicagoland risk and insurance community.
Previously, Melissa supported Marsh’s Torrent Technologies business as Flood Industry Sales & Client Relationship Leader. Prior to joining Marsh, Melissa spent eight years at Essendant in roles of increasing leadership, including serving as GM – Technology Sales & Merchandising for the B2B2C technology (Azerty) business. Earlier in her career, Melissa served as Senior Manager, Risk for Takeda Pharmaceuticals North America and the head of the Weather & Commodity Risk Solutions Practice at Arthur J. Gallagher.
Melissa holds an MS and BBA in risk management and insurance from the Wisconsin School of Business. She also holds an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation.
