Phil Hoffmann serves as an Enterprise Client Leader (ECL) for the Enterprise Client Group at Aon Risk Solutions in Milwaukee. In this role, Hoffmann is dedicated to leading Aon’s relationship with several of the firm’s most strategic clients across geographies and solution lines, which includes driving business results for clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of industries served, and accessing the full suite of Aon solutions and capabilities to help clients make better business decisions. Hoffmann is also a member of the SAM (Strategic Account Management) group, serving as a resource for other Account Executives in the U.S. and around the world.
Hoffmann is a 29-year Aon veteran. He has held various positions with increasing levels of responsibility, including Analyst, Broker, Account Executive, Commercial Risk office P&L leader, Strategic Account Manager, and now ECL. The majority of his career has been spent working with complex, multinational risk accounts with a heavy manufacturing focus.
Hoffmann is an alumnus of the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a BBA degree in finance and risk management and insurance, and an M.S. degree in risk management and insurance. He received the Distinguished Friend Award from the Wisconsin School of Business Risk and Insurance Department in 2014.
