As company President, Richard is responsible for all of Atlantic Realty’s operations throughout the Southeast and Midwest — overseeing development, leasing/sales, and management assignments. Atlantic Realty Partners, Inc. is a private real estate development and management company based in Atlanta, Georgia. Through affiliated entities, it currently owns and manages over 2,000 apartments. It is currently undertaking numerous large multifamily housing developments in Atlanta and Chicago with an aggregate value in excess of $300 million.

Career History
Richard Aaronson formed Atlantic Realty in 1995. Previously, he served as development partner for Paragon Group and co-founded Jason Property Company, a regional apartment development and management firm based in Atlanta. Richard is an experienced professional in all phases of multifamily and for-sale housing construction and operations. He has had management responsibility for over 6,000 apartments, and he has had direct client relationships with financial institutions, pension funds, corporate owners, and individual/partnerships investors from throughout the US, Europe and Japan. Richard is a frequent instructor of Management Certification courses. He was an honors-engineering graduate of the University of Wisconsin and has a MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Georgia.

Properties Managed and/or Developed as Owner or Agent for Owner: approximately 6,300 apartments in the Southeast and the Midwest.

Community and Professional Activities
Richard was the President of the Georgia Apartment Association in 1994 and President of the Atlanta Apartment Association in 1993.
Professional Designations: Certified Apartment Manager (NAA), Certified Apartment Prop. Supervisor (NAA), Licensed Real Estate Broker.
