Robert De Young is currently Director of Marketing Analytics for American Family Insurance. Robert has spent his career focused on maximizing the power of customer data to drive actionable decisions to grow business results. Robert has spent 20 years building data & analytics teams across insurance, retail, & telecommunications.

Prior to joining American Family Insurance, Bob led the marketing analytics division at Sears Holdings focused on implementing real-time marketing capabilities, self-service visualization tools, and performance measurement.

Robert holds a MBA from Keller University and a BA in computer science from DeVry University. Bob enjoys spending all his spare time with his 4 girls and wife. Hobbies include music, art, and aquascapes to decompress after a hard day’s work.
