Tim Podboy is a Senior Vice President at Heitman and equity owner of the firm. He is responsible for a team sourcing new preferred equity, mezzanine, and senior debt investments. Prior to joining Heitman, he served as a director at Wrightwood Capital with responsibility for asset management of directly owned assets. Previously, Tim was an assistant vice president at US Bank, where he focused on new investment origination. Tim received a BBA and MBA in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
