EntrepreNews
Fall 2021
Greetings Alumni and Friends of the Weinert Center,
Time flies and it is the fall again! In this newsletter, we would like to share some exciting news and highlights of our recent activities.
We have things to celebrate! Our undergraduate entrepreneurship certificate became the most popular undergraduate certificate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Further, our Morgridge Entrepreneurial Bootcamp (MEB) has received a prestigious global award for entrepreneurship education.
We welcome new entrepreneurship faculty, Dr. Chia-Jung Tsay, who is joining us from the University College London. We also welcome our newest WAVE Advisory Board Member Ross Freedman and a new group of Fellowship students!
In September, we had a productive meeting with our Advisory Board. We discussed future opportunities and how the strategies of the school, such as the Top 10 BBA initiative, translate to the activities of the Weinert Center.
I invite you to read more details about these and other stories about our students, alums, and board members. Thank you for your continued support and the central role that you play in enabling us to serve our students!
Happy Holidays!
Sincerely,
Martin
