Andrew Lustgarten has been with Savills since 2003 and has over two decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry. As a market leader throughout downtown and the west side of Los Angeles, Andrew represents clients in the legal, professional service, government, technology, advertising, media, and information (TAMI) spaces. Using his expertise with TAMI companies, Andrew also co-founded the website TechOfficeSpaces.com to provide office space news and advice for firms in this industry.
Andrew leads his clients through every step of the process and beyond. He provides account management, along with analysis, strategy, and implementation of ideal real estate practices. His prior experience consulting with Accenture provided Andrew the necessary tools to create and implement real estate strategies for his clients.
Andrew’s impressive background is composed of companies of all sizes, amassing to a total transaction volume of over 12 million square feet to date. A few of his clients include Comcast Entertainment, Gordon & Rees, The City of Los Angeles, Canyon Partners, Cliffwater, and more.
Andrew currently serves on the board of directors for the Los Angeles Economic Development Corporation (LAEDC). Studley (prior to its merging with Savills) awarded Andrew their national ‘Rookie of the Year’ award in 2004. He was also recognized as a ‘40 under 40’ honoree by the Real Estate Forum.
Andrew graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison School of Business with a BBA in Finance. Andrew lives in Los Angeles, CA with his wife, also a Wisconsin graduate and their two children, one of which is currently a student at Wisconsin.
