Eric Aurand is currently a Customer Behavior Analysis supervisor at McDonald’s. In his current role he analyzes customer data during promotional periods to identify behavioral trends and optimize marketing strategies while influencing long-term strategic plans.
Previously, Eric worked in Strategy & Business Insights where he executed performance reporting for limited-time-only campaigns to assess effectiveness and inform future roadmaps. Prior to McDonald’s, he worked at Best Buy where he managed vendor relationships and gained valuable experience in demand planning and supply chain management. He worked in various categories such as small kitchen appliances, PC gaming, and played a pivotal role in growing the outdoor living category where he coordinated inventory strategy.
Eric graduated in 2020 from the Wisconsin School of Business with his BBA majoring in Operations and Technology Management with a Certificate in Supply Chain Management. He currently lives in Chicago, IL and enjoys everything outdoors such as volleyball, triathlons and skiing.
