He leads the firm’s strategy and investment activities with a focus on industrial real estate acquisitions, fundraising, and leasing. Under his leadership, Smart Asset Capital oversees a portfolio of more than $60 million across Wisconsin.
Throughout his career, Geoff has structured complex transactions, optimized asset performance, and driven growth through disciplined underwriting and hands-on asset management. He is actively engaged in shaping the future of real estate talent and community, including his recent appointment to the James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate Advisory Board.
