Accomplished investment management professional – principally experienced in asset management, portfolio management, client relationship management, business development and team leadership skills.

A twenty-year veteran of JP Morgan Asset Management, (NYC, London and Los Angeles) involved in real estate asset management, portfolio management, client relations and business development.  Served as a real estate development manager for Prudential Insurance (Denver & Boston), for the development and redevelopment of high-rise office and retail facilities, most notably the Prudential Center Boston.  Early career work included serving as the County Manager for Pitkin County (Aspen & Snowmass Village) CO.  Highlights included establishing City/County land use programs, County wide sustainable economic development programming, development of workforce housing, a new airport terminal, open space acquisitions and improvements (trails and bicycle paths) along with public relations.

Current community service activities include participating as a Trustee for the Pension Boards – United Church of Christ, (NYC) as Chair of the Investment Committee, and as Vice Chair of the recently established Generations United Federal Credit Union.  Also, a co-founder and President of my high school’s Alumni Scholarship Fund, which has awarded needy high school graduates over $200,000 to date, towards their continuing academic pursuits.

Prior community service activities include initiating and raising capital for an Urban Land Institute Advisory Services Panel planning process for the City of Bridgeport CT.  Also, appointed by the Mayor, served as a Board Member of the Bridgeport Housing Authority

Educational accomplishments include an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from University of Wisconsin – Platteville, and an MBA from the University of Colorado – Denver.
