Maren was a Forté Fellow at Wisconsin and worked as a student assistant in the Wisconsin MBA office of Career Services during her two years in Madison.  She interned with Merck Pharmaceuticals, and then joined a small financial focused Tech firm in New York as Director of Human Capital following her graduation from Wisconsin.  She then joined JPMorgan Chase where she continued her passion in the Early Talent space leading a Campus Recruiting team at the bank.

In 2016, Maren and her family relocated to Florida and Maren joined Johnson & Johnson.  In her six years at Johnson & Johnson, Maren focused her career on Talent Acquisition, leading University Talent Acquisition for North America and then building and leading the Talent Acquisition Academy, a learning & development team specifically built for Talent Acquisition.

In 2022, Maren returned to the financial space, when she joined Pretium Enterprise Services, an entity of NYC based Pretium, a specialized Investment Manager, focused on real estate, mortgage finance, and corporate debt. In her time at Pretium, Maren has leveraged the skill set she built through her TA experience and expanded her focus to HR Business Partnership. Maren is currently the HR Leader and HR Business Partner for Pretium Enterprise Services.

“Selecting Wisconsin MBA was one of the best career decisions that I have made.  My time at Wisconsin was wonderful, expanding my business, and HR skills and knowledge, and building a network of friends and colleagues that have continued to support me throughout my career. Beyond the skills and knowledge, I learned about the type of leader I wanted to be, and how to best set myself up for future success! I also valued the global perspective I built through participating in the Wisconsin MBA global trips in my first year (to Turkey) and second year (to Brazil) and I have such fond memories of those experiences!  It was such a privilege to be part of Wisconsin MBA and join the broader network of Badgers around the world!  On Wisconsin!”
