Michael Nasif is the Director of Logistics and Network Strategy (Americas) at Kohler Co., a global leader in kitchen and bath products, wellness, and hospitality. Kohler is known for its commitment to design, innovation, and sustainability across its diverse portfolio of businesses.

In his current role, Michael leads a team responsible for all Americas import/export operations, shipment and transportation optimization, management of the Kohler private fleet, and the company’s logistics network strategy—including modeling and execution. His strategic leadership ensures seamless global trade execution, cost-effective transportation solutions, and high-performing fleet operations aligned with business objectives.

Previously, Michael led Fulfillment and Distribution Operations for Kohler’s Kitchen & Bath North America (KBNA) business, and earlier, the company’s Global Center of Excellence for Transportation and Logistics. He also held leadership roles within the Kohler Power Group, including serving as General Manager of the Kohler Rental Power business. Before joining Kohler, he led several dedicated fleet operations in the third-party logistics (3PL) sector.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain and Logistics from Penn State University and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He also holds the Certified in Transportation and Logistics (CTL) distinction from the Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM).
