Peter Danielsen joined Stoughton Trailers as President of Logistics in July 2020. STI is a manufacturer of semi-trailers for over the-road dry van and refrigerated trucking, intermodal chassis, and agricultural grain hauling. The Wisconsin-based, family-owned company is a top 10 international supplier of semi-trailers.
In his role, Peter leads teams responsible for management strategy, distribution, innovation, and regulatory compliance. His teams emphasize talent and capability development for supply chain efficiency and customer alignment.
Peter serves on the board of directors for Cottingham & Butler Insurance (captive), the Dean’s Advisory Board at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater College of Business and Economics, and the Executive Advisory Board for the University of Wisconsin-Madison Grainger Center for Supply Chain Management.
Peter holds an Executive MBA and bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
In addition to volunteering with community service organizations, he enjoys the outdoors, travel, and spending time with his family in Madison WI.
