Polly Baur is the Senior Vice President for Marketing & Strategy at Charter Next Generation, a leading provider of specialty films and sustainable material science solutions in B2B space. She previously has held key marketing and leadership roles at SC Johnson, Mars Wrigley, and PepsiCo, where she specialized in brand positioning and innovation, strategic initiatives, and consumer insights and data analytics.
She earned her bachelor’s degree from Brown University and her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She enjoys spending time with her family where she and her husband have two teenage boys and can be found attending jazz performances, on the baseball field and volunteering at Misericordia, a non-profit organization that supports enhancing lives for adults and children with disabilities.
