Joseph Lyu
Joseph Lyu, Chairman of CIECA, is a prominent leader in international finance and economic diplomacy. He previously served as Taiwan’s Minister of Finance and Chairman of Bank of Taiwan & Taiwan Financial Holdings. An alumnus of National Chengchi University and Northwestern’s Kellogg School, he specializes in macro-economic strategy. Chairman Lyu is a renowned expert on the intersection of technology, economic development, and the transition toward “Rational Globalization.”
