One of the things that we do as the WSB Career Engagement Team is capture post-graduation outcomes from all of our graduates. This aggregated information helps in several ways:
- Gives us data to support students in negotiating and maximizing internship or job offers
- Allows us to better support student career exploration
- Helps us expand employer relationships to create more job opportunities for Badgers
- Supports the school’s ranking and, in turn, the value of your degree from WSB and UW-Madison
