Meghan is a systems-thinking tech executive and change agent with two decades of experience launching consumer-facing digital products, scaling strategic operations at Fortune 500 companies, and coaching cross-functional teams.
Today she is dedicated to solving complex systems problems centered around social impact, with particular focus on the climate and the electric grid. As the Chief Operating Officer of Gridware, she and team are collaborating with utility companies to enhance existing grid assets with cutting-edge technology in an effort to prevent forest fires, reduce utility spend, and ultimately make our grid more resilient.
Previously, as the VP of Product at Zillow, she held the pen on the first housing super app integrated product strategy after establishing the Product Operations function. Her leadership of Zillow’s flip to flexible work during Covid-19 was featured in the NYT, Financial Post, and Fortune. Earlier in her career, as an Amazon ‘S-team’ Technical Advisor, she helped define and implement a product-first approach to ready the e-commerce giant for 1M+ employees across 70+ countries. As the global owner of the first Prime Day, she guided the delivery of Amazon’s (then biggest) revenue-driving day in history. Her foundation is set in restaurant operations (including Stillwaters, a former staple on State Street), where she developed grit, established a solutions-oriented mindset, and led front-line teams.
Meghan earned her B.A. in psychology at UW–Madison in 2006. She joined the Erdmann Center advisory board in 2021. She and her husband Andrew (a Michigan Wolverine) are based in the Pacific Northwest.
