With over 25 years of real estate expertise, Aaron Siegel serves as Senior Vice President & Principal at The Kalikow Group, a Long Island-based family office and investment firm specializing in multifamily development and construction. The firm’s management arm, Kaled Management, oversees more than 5,000 multifamily units across the New York tristate area.
Under Siegel’s leadership, over the past 20 years The Kalikow Group has deployed more than $250 million in equity fueling over $1 billion in multifamily developments across the Southeastern United States. His deep industry knowledge and business acumen have been invaluable assets to the firm.
Siegel began his career with Ernst & Young’s Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group in Chicago and New York, where he provided auditing and consulting services to major real estate companies. He later honed his expertise in institutional real estate private equity and complex deal structuring as an Associate at GoldenTree Asset Management and Angelo Gordon & Co.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Siegel earned a BBA in Real Estate and Accounting. He has been an active member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association for over 20 years and was formerly a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
Siegel lives on Long Island, NY with his wife, also a Wisconsin graduate, and their two children. He enjoys playing tennis and pickleball and cheering on his favorite Chicago teams and of course the Wisconsin Badgers.
