Jessica Brown

As a Principal at Sterling Bay, Jess is responsible for overseeing all leasing efforts and development strategies across its growing national portfolio in Chicago, Miami, Atlanta, Boston, Durham and Washington D.C.  Over the past decade at Sterling Bay, Jess has been an integral leader of Sterling Bay’s leasing team, specializing in overall asset strategy, lease negation, and placemaking.  Jess holds a diverse set of civic, non-profit and industry board positions including the University of Wisconsin James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate Board of Advisors, Lincoln Park Zoo Women’s Board and Humble Design Board Member.
