WREAA Fund II, L.P. is open and looking for real estate investments. Under the direction of Michael Brennan, Irgens Executive Director and Chairman/CEO of Brennan Investment Group, and Mark Eppli, Ph.D., Director of the Graaskamp Center for Real Estate, graduate students in the Wisconsin School of Business’s Real Estate Private Equity (REPE) Track have the opportunity to source, underwrite, and invest in live deals across the country. The 2022-23 REPE class consists of 22 real estate MS and MBA graduate students organized in seven regional teams.
WREAA Fund II Investment Criteria:
- LP investment range of $200,000 – $600,000
- Hold period of 3-5 years
- Preferred investments: value-add industrial, life sciences, multifamily, self-storage, and grocery-anchored or power center retail
- All product types and risk profiles will be considered (will invest in ground-up development)
Building our pipeline of value-add investment opportunities is a key part of the REPE class responsibility. If you have, know of, or know someone who has a real estate investment opportunity that corresponds with the above basic investment criteria, please contact wsbpe@wsb.wisc.edu (confidential email inbox for the 22 students, Michael Brennan, and Mark Eppli).
This unique opportunity is only made possible through the active support of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association. WREAA’s leadership, partnership, and involvement in building the next generation of real estate professionals are deeply appreciated by the Graaskamp Center for Real Estate faculty and students.
We look forward to working with you! On, Wisconsin!
