We’re hiring! The Graaskamp Center for Real Estate at the University of Wisconsin–Madison is seeking a thoughtful, collaborative, and energetic leader to join our team as Associate Director of Graduate Real Estate Programs. You’ll work closely with students on everything from curriculum planning and internship prep to mentoring and networking at national industry events. This is a fantastic opportunity for a real estate professional or academic who is passionate about student development, program leadership, and shaping the next generation of real estate leaders.

This key leadership role supports the academic and professional success of our MBA and MS in Real Estate (MSRE) students—especially those pursuing the Private Equity Real Estate (REPE) and Applied Real Estate Investment Track (AREIT) pathways. The position spans three primary areas: student recruiting and admissions, onboarding and advising, and career coaching and job placement.

Additional responsibilities include instructional duties, serving as faculty advisor to the Real Estate Club, and partnering with the Center Director on strategic and administrative initiatives.
