Boost Your Real Estate Skills This Semester: Tutoring, Resume Review, and Career Prep

Whether you’re looking for help with a real estate class, feedback on your resume, or guidance on networking and interview prep, the Graaskamp Center for Real Estate is here to support your success this semester!

The Tutoring Program is open to Real Estate MS and MBA students, Global Real Estate Master’s (GREM) students, and undergraduate students of all majors—to help you excel in your courses and prepare for your career. In addition to tutoring, you can take advantage of resume reviews, networking opportunities, and interview preparation—all in one convenient location.

Tutoring Hours

  • Monday: 10:30a.m.-5:00p.m.
  • Tuesday: 10:30a.m.-4:30p.m.
  • Wednesday: 9:30a.m.-10:45a.m. & 12:15p.m.-5:00p.m.
  • Thursday: 10:30a.m.-2:00p.m.
  • Friday: 2:30p.m.-4:00p.m.

Is Your Resume Career-Fair Ready?

Is your resume in tip-top shape for attending the Career Fair and applying for internships or full-time positions? If not, stop by the Graaskamp Center (4440 Grainger Hall) to have your resume reviewed by our student Real Estate Ambassadors. They’ll provide useful feedback and tips on building a résumé that stands out.

Who: Resume review is provided by fellow Real Estate students who have successfully completed training with the BBA Career Services Office.

Resume Review Hours:

  • Monday: All day
  • Tuesday: 11:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday: All day
  • Thursday: 11:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 12:00–3:30 p.m.

Meet the Tutors

Caleb Reddeman
2025 – MSRE

Caleb Reddeman is a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) student. Prior to graduate school, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin–Madison while serving in the United States Army Reserve as a Heavy Equipment Operator. He has completed nine months of real estate internships, gaining experience in both property management and development. Caleb is passionate about helping others succeed and looks forward to supporting students through tutoring.



Charles Bennett
2026 – BBA

Charles Bennett is a senior majoring in Real Estate and Finance. Last summer, he worked as a Real Estate Private Equity Summer Analyst at Ares Management in Denver and will return there full-time after graduation. He has also interned with Northwestern Mutual Real Estate and Midwest Expansion Companies. Charles is excited to support fellow students and looks forward to helping others succeed in their real estate journeys.



Vanessa Geich

Vanessa Geich is a senior majoring in Real Estate and Finance. This past summer, she interned at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services in Los Angeles, where she worked with a wide range of property types. Vanessa is passionate about sharing her real estate knowledge with fellow students and would love to see others succeed.



Angelo Alfaro
2026 – BBA

Angelo Alfaro is a senior majoring in Real Estate and Chinese. This past summer, he interned at Benefit Street Partners in New York, where he worked on the originations, debt asset management, and capital markets team. He also interned at EOS Investors in New York, where he contributed on projects for the investor relations and hotel asset management divisions. Angelo is thrilled to help fellow students succeed this upcoming school year.
