Adam Bock (shown above), Lecturer in the Management and Human Resources Department, recently published a research article examining the link between individuals and institutions at university-centered entrepreneurial ecosystems impacts on the commercialization paths of academic entrepreneurs and the evolution of those ecosystems. This article represents the culmination of a collaborative effort between institutions in the US and Scotland: Adam along with his former Ph.D. student David Johnson (Glasgow) (photo shown below), Richard Harrison (Edinburgh) and Peter Gianiodis (Duquesne). The article holds important implications for institutions tasked with commercializing scientific discoveries and university-centered entrepreneurial ecosystem policymakers.
