Join us for the 10-Year BEL Anniversary and Class of 2026 Graduation Celebration on Friday, May 8, 2025 | 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM at the Madison Concourse Hotel.
This special evening will honor our graduates and mark a decade of BEL excellence! We look forward to celebrating with you. Please RSVP by April 10, 2024.
Information for Graduates
Dress Code
BEL Graduates should wear academic regalia (cap and gown) over professional attire for the BEL Graduation Ceremony and 10 year celebration. Please view the University Book Store’s timeline for deadlines to order and pick up your regalia.
Arrival
All graduates should plan to arrive to the Madison Concourse Hotel no later than 5:00pm. A group picture of the Class of 2026 will be taken at this time.
Guest Information
Dinner & Drinks
A full dinner will be provided, and each guest will receive two complimentary drink tickets.
Please Note: Carry-in food or beverages are not permitted (personal water bottles are allowed).
Event Schedule
Doors Open: 5:00 PM
Formal Program: 6:00 PM – 7:45 PM
Celebration Continues: Until 9:00 PM
Live Stream
Can’t attend in person? The program, including recognition of the Class of 2026, will be live streamed.

Accessibility
The Madison Concourse Hotel and Wisconsin Ballroom are fully accessible via elevators located in the hotel lobby. Hotel staff and student volunteers will be available to assist as needed.

Parking
