Timeout for Self-Care will run December 1-17th at both the Bakke Recreation & Wellbeing
Center and at the Nicholas Recreation Center, offering students a chance to slow down,
breathe, and take care of themselves during a stressful time of year.
Join us on Study Day (Dec. 11) and try one of Rec Well’s free drop-in fitness classes!

- No registration needed
- Bring your student ID
- Free caffeinated beverages and WSB merch for the first 25 students
Class Lineup - Yoga Strength 5:45-6:45 pm
- Cycling 6:15-7 pm
- High Intensity Intervals 6:15-7:15 pm
- Deep Water 7-7:45 pm
- Yoga 7:30-8:15 pm
