John brings over 35 years of real estate experience to Hubbard Street Group. Over his career, he has developed over $3 billion of institutional-grade commercial, residential and hotel properties across the country. John focuses his attention on HSG’s new development and investment activity in Chicago, Phoenix and other major markets.
Prior to Hubbard Street Group, John was a managing principal at Centrum Partners, leading the development of retail, residential, office and hotel projects nationwide. Projects at both Centrum and HSG have been recognized over the years, establishing the firm as one of the most distinguished and experienced developers in Chicago.
HSG’s current development platforms include multi-family residential in Phoenix and Chicago, Urban Retail in Chicago and Medical Outpatient Buildings in Chicago, Columbus and Phoenix.
John received a BBA and MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
