Alan Rudikoff is a co-founder and Partner of GDS Development Management LLC, a NYC based real estate development firm, with a focus on real estate finance and deal structuring for development projects. Alan has 30 years of experience in the real estate industry in both the United States and Europe. He worked for 10 years with Howard Ronson and the HRO Group in Paris, where he completed $5.1 billion in commercial real estate projects and sales in Paris, London and Frankfurt.
In between HRO and GDS, Alan lived and worked in Stockholm for 7-years. Besides engaging in the Stockholm Waterfront Development as a personal Owner Developer with private equity capital, Alan later became a co-owner of a real estate development and fund management company with the main role as Director of Developments in addition to being a key member of the Transaction Group. This company raised two funds while Alan was still with the firm with a combined equity of circa $800 million raised from a handful of institutional pension funds.
Prior to moving to Paris with HRO in 1996, Alan worked in the consulting group at E&Y Kenneth Leventhal Company. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1991 with a BBA, and double major in Real Estate, and, Finance, Investments and Banking.
