Lee Christensen is the Director of Development with Frank Productions based in Madison, WI. Lee is charged with expanding Frank Productions owned and operated venue portfolio primarily through new development in select markets. Focusing on creating vibrant mixed use developments anchored by indoor/outdoor live music venues with mixed use surrounding the venue.
Prior to joining Frank Productions, Mr. Christensen worked at Gebhardt Development as the Development Manager based in Madison, WI. Gebhardt Development works primarily in urban mixed use developments with apartments, condos, retail and office. Mr. Christensen worked closely with Gebhardt Developments Founder in providing financial analysis for current and prospective projects, asset management and coordination of the development and leasing process.
Prior to Gebhardt Development, Lee was with EJ Plesko & Associates, Inc. a real estate development and property management firm in Madison, WI, as a Senior Associate. In that role, he worked as an analyst for current and prospective retail and multifamily developments, as a project manager for projects under development, and as a construction manager for commercial & retail tenant build outs.
Mr. Christensen is a 2002 graduate of the University of Wisconsin, School of Business (Real Estate and Urban Land Economics, with distinction) and a 2009 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Business School Graaskamp Real Estate M.B.A. program. Mr. Christensen is a member of the James A. Graaskamp Center’s Applied Real Estate Investment Track (AREIT) advisory board.
